Volumes record the amount of cash received, the name of the payor, the bank in which the funds were deposited, and the date. Daily disbursement totals are also recorded (see entry 23). The dates covered are January 4, 1820-September 30, 1835; October 1, 1839-June 30, 1845; August 1, 1851-September 30, 1858; October 1, 1865-March 30, 1867; May 1, 1867-February 17, 1928.
